Jolie Bourque, Vice President Client Services
Jolie has over 20 years of experience in the IT, Marketing and Retail industries as an analyst, manager and consultant. Jolie was responsible for RMSI’s systems development and launch of RMSI’s external Reporting Site BrandInPlace.com for retailers and MFGs to access store progress and digital photos 24/7. Prior to joining RMSI, Jolie was Business Systems Manager for Publicis Groupe North America, a global advertising and communications firm to implement Enterprise based project management and financial software for newly acquired offices on the east coast. Jolie has a B.A. Degree in Political Science/Economics from UC Berkeley

Jill Allen, Director, Client Services
Jill has 37 years of experience in the grocery industry. Jill’s experience includes 10 years with Lucky Stores in Southern California and 16 years as District Manager, Sales Manager & Retail Operations Manager with CROSSMARK, formally Bradshaw Inc.. Jill joined RMSI in 2002 as Project Manager working directly with the Safeway merchandising team on the wave reset process. In 2004 she moved over to the Client Service team managing many RMSI clients.

Yolanda Archuletta, Director, Client Services
Yolanda has 30 years experience in sales, retail and merchandising industry. She was previously Northern California Account Manager for Gallo Wine Company, Western Region Sales Manager/Broker Manager for Colgate Palmolive Company, Account Executive/Sales Manager with PIA Merchandising Inc. and Division Manager/Sales Trainer for Eastman Kodak Company. Yo joined RMSI in 2002.

Brian Montano, Director, Client Services
Brian has 20 years experience in customer relations, logistics and planning. He holds a degree in electronic computer engineering and has retail executive management experience with Wal-mart and Target Corporation. Brian has worked in various capacities within RMSI in merchandising, logistics, training development and project management. He has helped develop and refine the logistics program that has separated RMSI as an industry leader in the merchandising field.
